Open Evening for Year 6 Families: Thursday 17 September 2026
We would like to take this opportunity to invite all prospective parents/carers and children for Year 7 September 2027 admission, to our Open Evening, which will take place on Thursday 17th September 2026 from 16:30 until 19:30.
The evening will consist of three sessions; the first session is a tour only for those short on time. Student Peer
Mentors will take you around the School, visiting each curriculum area. There will be presentations, displays of
work and a range of activities for your child to engage in across the curriculum. There will be an opportunity to
meet the staff, our students, see our facilities and sample our caterer's food in our dining room.
The two later sessions (17:00 & 18:00) will commence with an introductory talk, followed by a tour of the School.
All tours are expected to last approximately one hour and will pass through outdoor areas, regardless of weather
conditions. In the event of rain, you may wish to bring an umbrella with you!
There are limited tickets available for each option and due to capacity, we are limiting tickets to a maximum of
3 per family, where at least one ticket should be for your Year 6 child/ren. A ticket will need to be booked for

Should you have any issues with booking your tickets, please email marketing@buckinghamschool.org who will be able to assist.
Please arrive no more than 15 minutes before the start time of the session you have booked for. Limited parking is available at the school. However, additional parking is available at the neighbouring Swan Pool Leisure Centre, which is pay and display, with parking charges in force until 7pm. Alternatively, there is plenty of free parking available at the nearby Tesco supermarket, which is a short walk away.
