I joined the Governing Body in 2023 as a co-opted member. I have lived in Buckingham for over 18 years and have children that have attended the school from Year 7 right through to the sixth form. I wanted to do something to give back to the school and the local community. 

I started my professional career working in financial services for Santander and then moved into schools, where I have worked for over 15 years. For many of these I have been a School Business Manager on the Senior Leadership Team managing where I have responsibility for finances, HR, premises, administration, GDPR amongst other things. I hope to use my skills and experience gained to help and support the Buckingham School.

When I am not working or spending time with my family, I am a keen runner for the local running club and enjoy keeping fit.

I am enjoying seeing the workings of a school and hope to be able to make a positive contribution. I look forward to working with pupils, governors and staff to ensure that there is Success for All.
