His focus throughout all his roles has always been enabling people to maximise their potential.

In 2016, he retired from his full-time corporate role as Global Talent Director of a large multinational plc to concentrate on university lecturing, freelance consultancy, and directorships. Andy currently works with 4 universities and business schools where he lectures primarily on MBA and other Masters courses, focusing on Human Resources, Talent Management, and Leadership Development. He also runs several businesses and works with a number of charities.

With his wide experience of universities, apprenticeship programmes, and talent management, Andy has a keen interest in the Sixth Form, and on how the school can maximise the potential of all students.

In his rather limited spare time, Andy has a wide range of interests including travel, photography, motor racing, and renovating vintage audio equipment.
