His focus throughout all his roles has always been enabling people to maximise their potential.

With his wide experience of universities, apprenticeship programmes, and talent management, Andy has a keen interest in the Sixth Form, and on how the school can maximise the potential of all students.

In his rather limited spare time, Andy has a wide range of interests including travel, photography, motor racing, and renovating vintage audio equipment.
