The Buckingham School

Target Setting

The Buckingham School works closely with Fischer Family Trust (FFT) to ensure that all students have highly aspirational targets that once reached will give them the best opportunity for succeeding in the future.

Established in 2001, FFT has been working successfully with Local Authorities (LAs) and schools to provide high quality performance data to support target setting and self evaluation. Currently, 100% of LAs in England and Wales subscribe to FFT.

For over 10 years, FFT has been working successfully with LAs and schools to provide high quality performance data to support target setting and self evaluation. FFT is part of a consortium that is contracted to process all data for the Department for Education’s (DfE) National Pupil Database and Achievement & Attainment Tables (Performance tables).

It produces a wide range of innovative performance data allowing The Buckingham School to quickly identify and understand key strengths and weaknesses, set challenging but realistic targets and help pupils to identify and realise their potential.
